On Saturday, July 11, 2026, our data center service provider nLighten will be performing power maintenance at the FRA4 site between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
We have received the following information from nLighten regarding the maintenance:
“We must switch the power supply for the existing RPPs (power switchgear) in order to perform work on the low-voltage switchgear.
During the switchover, only one power supply will be available, resulting in reduced redundancy.
To carry out the work, one power supply must be shut down for 8 hours; this work will take place on a Saturday.”
Although deactivating individual power feeds poses a high risk, it should not disrupt the availability of our services. To minimize potential risks, IP-Projects is implementing the following preventive measures:
- Visual inspection of all server systems with redundant power supplies to ensure that both power supplies are correctly connected to the power feeds.
- Visual inspection of the automatic transfer switches on servers that have only one power connection—redundant power supply for MS servers.
The inspections will be conducted according to the dual-control principle. At the time of maintenance, we will have technicians on-site on standby to restore services as quickly as possible in the event of a disruption.
